We are committed to processing data transparently, securely and responsibly, in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable legislation.

All our processing of personal data is grounded in the GDPR principles:

03Technical and organisational measures

To protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction, we apply:

  • encryption of data in transit and at rest (SSL/TLS);
  • strict access control and two-factor authentication;
  • regular backups and secure servers;
  • ongoing staff training on data protection.

04Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Ecomwall Europe, UAB. For any data protection matter you can reach us via the contact details below - we respond as quickly as we can, and no later than within 30 days.

05Data breaches

In the event of a personal data breach likely to pose a risk to your rights and freedoms, we notify the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) within 72 hours and, in high-risk cases, also you personally, without undue delay.

06Exercising your rights

To exercise your data subject rights, send us a request by email. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the VDAI (vdai.lrv.lt).
