How EcomWall collects, uses and protects your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

01General provisions

The controller of your personal data is Ecomwall Europe, UAB, legal entity code 306818765, VAT number LT100017229612, registered office at J. Žemgulio g. 46, LT-35239 Panevėžys, Lithuania. We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on Electronic Communications.

By using our website and services you confirm that you have read this policy. It does not apply to third-party websites that our links may lead to.

02What data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact data - name, surname, email address, phone number, company name (when you contact us, book a consultation or order services).
  • Enquiry data - your email address, the company domain derived from it, the check result and the state of your consents when you use the GDPR check tool. The report is sent only to the address you provide, and a copy is delivered to our team ([email protected]) so we can answer your questions about the results.
  • Technical data - IP address, browser type, device information, date and time of the visit, pages viewed.
  • Usage data - information about how you use the website, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).
  • Correspondence content - the content of the messages and enquiries you send us.

03Purposes and legal basis of processing

We process your personal data only where there is a lawful basis under Article 6 of the GDPR:

04Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep the website working and are used without separate consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only with your prior consent, given through the cookie consent banner.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the website's cookie settings. A detailed list of cookies and their lifetimes is available in our Cookie Policy.

05Retention period

We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as long as required by law. Enquiry data is kept for up to 2 years, contractual and accounting data for up to 10 years. Once the period expires, the data is securely deleted or anonymised.

06Data recipients

We do not sell your data. We may share it only with trusted data processors acting on our instructions under data processing agreements:

  • hosting and IT infrastructure providers - Amazon Web Services (servers in the EU, Frankfurt) and Cloudflare (traffic protection and content delivery);
  • email delivery - UAB "Interneto vizija" (serveriai.lt);
  • consultation booking - Calendly (when you book a meeting);
  • protection against automated requests - Google reCAPTCHA (when you use the enquiry forms);
  • analytics and marketing tool providers (with your consent);
  • legal, accounting and cybersecurity partners, and competent authorities where required by law.

07Transfers outside the EU/EEA

As a rule, data is processed within the European Economic Area. If any service provider processes data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR - a European Commission adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

We respond to requests within 1 month at the latest. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

09Data security

We apply technical and organisational security measures - encryption (SSL/TLS), access control, regular backups and staff training - to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. In the event of a personal data breach, we notify the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) and, where applicable, you, within the time limits set by the GDPR.

10Children's data

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data of children under 14 without parental or guardian consent. If we learn that such data was collected without a lawful basis, we delete it immediately.

11Complaints

If you believe your data is being processed improperly, we invite you to contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI), L. Sapiegos g. 17, Vilnius, Lithuania, vdai.lrv.lt.

12Changes to this policy and contacts

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. We will give additional notice of any material changes.
